Our Marketing team is responsible for promoting AffiniPay’s technology and driving the sale and success of its branded payment solutions. The team is continually evaluating the professional services landscape to identify target customers and creating integrated marketing campaigns to attract new prospects. The Marketing team works closely with multiple organizations to drive leads, build brand awareness and propel product adoption. Join our team today.
The Engineering team is responsible for the AffiniPay Payment Platform, including apps designed specifically for professionals to take payments; APIs, SDKs, and client libraries that partners use to integrate our software into their own applications; and the tools required to support our core payment capabilities. We work closely with the Product team to design new features and translate them into new and innovative software.
The AffiniPay Product team is responsible for AffiniPay’s product and platform strategy, ensuring we build and ship the right products while aligning the company through an internal communication focus. The Product team is also responsible for collecting and prioritizing customer feedback and delivering suggestions to the Engineering team to ensure customers have a great experience with our product.
The Operations Team is responsible for ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our product. Our team efficiently processes and introduces clients to our software through a personal product orientation on how to maximize our technology. We provide live, omnichannel customer care, addressing any issue or question that may arise—monitoring accounts 24/7 for suspicious activity and assisting if disputes/chargebacks arise.
The goal of our Finance & People Resources department is to set-up our talented staff for success and fulfillment. Finance ensures each employee understands and has access to payroll and benefits information while providing key metrics to the entire organization for the best strategic decision-making. People Resources enables employee personal development, training, and team building.
Our Account Management team is critical to the success and growth of the company—they bring on new business while providing first-class customer service to existing clients. They educate prospects on our technology, give product demonstrations and attend industry events. Account managers work hard, enjoy having fun and thrive in the fast paced fin-tech industry.
